Your journey to a healthier you starts with a 15-20 minute discovery call, where we’ll chat about your diet, lifestyle, and reasons for wanting change. This initial call helps us ensure a good fit and lays the groundwork for a more personalised approach. Before your consultation, you’ll receive a short questionnaire and a complimentary copy of Munch Lunch & Dinner for some healthy inspiration.
Our full 90-minute Nutrition Consultation will take place in person or over Zoom. This deep-dive session includes a health and lifestyle assessment that covers everything from dietary habits to sleep patterns, activity levels, and even stress factors. Together, we’ll explore your medical history, current medications, and food-related goals, allowing us to build a sustainable, balanced plan tailored to you.
After our session, I’ll provide a follow-up summary with tailored recommendations and realistic timelines to help you achieve meaningful change. We’ll check in after a few weeks with a follow-up call to assess your progress, address any challenges, and discuss any next steps for a lasting impact on your health.

Mary offers private sessions for individuals, families, or small groups (up to four people, with options for larger groups upon request). After a brief 15-20 minute discovery call, where we’ll get to know each other and set the stage for your session, you’ll receive a copy of Munch Lunch & Dinner and a short lifestyle questionnaire. Your 90-minute session includes all ingredients and equipment, allowing you to dive straight into cooking.
